Wax Melts

What are wax melts?

Wax melts are scented pieces of wax designed to be gently warmed in a wax burner, filling your home with beautiful fragrance without using a candle wick.

How do I use wax melts?

Break off a small piece and place it in the dish of your burner. Use an unscented tealight underneath or follow the instructions supplied with your electric burner.

How much wax should I use?

Start with one or two sections of a snap bar, making sure you don’t overfill the burner dish. You can add more next time if you prefer a stronger fragrance.

How long do your wax melts last?

The fragrance time varies depending on the scent, amount of wax used, burner and room size. You can continue reheating the wax until you can no longer smell the fragrance.

What are your wax melts made from?

Our wax melts are lovingly handmade in the UK using 100% soy wax and high-quality fragrance oils. They are vegan-friendly, cruelty-free and CLP compliant

How do I change my wax melt?

Allow the wax to cool and fully set before gently removing it from the burner. Never attempt to remove hot or melted wax.

Are wax melts safe around pets and children?

Wax melts and burners must always be kept out of reach of children and pets. Some fragrance ingredients may not be suitable for every animal, so speak to your vet if you have any concerns.

Can I leave my burner unattended?

No. Never leave a lit tealight burner unattended, and always place it on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from draughts and flammable items.

Why does the colour of my wax melt look different?

As our wax melts are handmade, slight differences in colour and appearance may occur. This does not affect their quality or fragrance.

Why can’t I smell my wax melt anymore?

Your nose can become accustomed to a fragrance after being exposed to it for a while—this is called nose blindness. Try leaving the room for a short time, ventilating the space or changing to a different scent.

Do you offer wax melt samples?

Yes! Our wax melt samples are a lovely way to discover a new favourite fragrance before purchasing a larger snap bar. 

Are your perfume and laundry-inspired scents the genuine products?

No. Our fragrances are simply inspired by familiar scents. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the original brands or manufacturers.

Delivery, Tracking & Receiving Your Order

Why hasn’t my Royal Mail tracking updated?

Sometimes Royal Mail tracking may not update straight away. Please don’t worry—your order should still be on its way, even if no new tracking information is showing.

Please allow up to 10 working days from the dispatch date for your order to arrive. If it has not arrived after this time, please contact us with your order number so we can help.

What happens if my order is returned by Royal Mail?

If your order is returned to us because it was not collected from your local delivery office or because an incorrect/incomplete address was entered at checkout, we can arrange for it to be sent again.

You will need to pay the additional postage cost before we resend your order. Original delivery charges are non-refundable. Please check that your delivery address is correct before completing your order. Royal Mail returns can take approximately 14–30 working days to reach us. Once received, we can arrange redelivery after the additional postage cost has been paid.

How quickly will my order be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days. Subject to change due to weather temperatures or bank holidays  Once dispatched, your order will be sent using the delivery service selected at checkout.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

I did not receive an order confirmation. What should I do?

Please check your email’s junk or spam folder, as your order confirmation may have gone there. Also check that the email address entered at checkout was correct. If you still can’t find it, please contact us with your full name and order details.

Laundry Detergents 

Is your laundry detergent bio or non-bio?

Our laundry detergent is non-bio, meaning it does not contain biological enzymes. It is designed to clean and freshen your laundry while leaving behind a beautiful, long-lasting fragrance.

How much detergent should I use?

Always follow the dosage instructions provided on the product label. You may need to adjust the amount depending on your load size, water hardness and how heavily soiled your laundry is.

Where do I put the detergent?

Pour the recommended amount into the detergent compartment of your washing machine. Check your machine’s instructions if you’re unsure which compartment to use.

Can I use it for handwashing?

Only use the detergent for handwashing if this is stated on the product label. Avoid prolonged contact with the product and rinse your laundry thoroughly.

Is it suitable for sensitive skin?

Our detergent is non-bio, but it still contains fragrance and other ingredients that may not suit everyone. If you have sensitive skin, check the label carefully and patch-test washed fabric before regular use.

Is it safe for baby clothes?

Because the detergent is fragranced, suitability may depend on your baby’s skin. Check the ingredients and care instructions, and seek advice from a healthcare professional if your baby has sensitive skin, eczema or allergies.

Can I use it on all fabrics and colours?

Always check the garment’s care label before washing. We recommend testing the detergent on an inconspicuous area when using it on delicate fabrics or items that may not be colourfast.

Can I use it with fabric conditioner?

Yes, our laundry detergent can be used alongside fabric conditioner we highly recommend that you do to get the best scent . Add each product to the correct compartment and follow the recommended dosage instructions.

Can I use it for wool or silk?

Only use it on wool, silk or other delicate fabrics if both the garment care label and detergent instructions confirm it is suitable.

Why does the fragrance smell different after washing?

Fragrance strength can vary depending on the washing cycle, temperature, fabric type, load size and whether the laundry is tumble-dried or air-dried.

How should I store it?

Store the detergent upright in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Keep the container tightly closed and out of the reach of children and pets

What should I do if the detergent gets in my eyes or on my skin?

Rinse carefully with plenty of clean water and follow the safety instructions on the product label. If irritation continues, seek medical advice and keep the product container or label available.

What should I do if someone swallows it?

Follow the instructions on the product label and contact a medical professional or poison information service immediately. Keep the container or label available when seeking advice.

Our fabric conditioner helps leave your laundry feeling soft, fresh and beautifully fragranced after every wash.
